Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Media
Securely place your original media and the provided RMA form into a sturdy box, ensuring all items are padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Our Lab
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping location; we will notify you via email as soon as your items arrive at our facility.
Quality Review and Resolution
Our technicians will review your media to address any technical concerns; once processed, we will either perform a complimentary re-digitization or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
